Returns & Exchanges
- Returns will be refunded in the form of a digital Gift Card.
- Item(s) must be received within 20 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be scent-free, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
- For returned items past the 20 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 20 days start from the day the order was delivered to the customer. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have items shipped back to you at your expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Include a copy of your package slip with your return for proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a digital E-gift card will be sent to your email within 3 business days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

- All jewelry
- All intimates
- All sale items

We currently do not offer return labels at the moment. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit
